Do you do deliveries?

  • Yes! We deliver all over Cairns from Babinda to Pam Cove and its surrounding suburbs.

  • Delivery is $10 for Gordonvale

  • Delivery is $20 for Babinda to Cairns City and its surrounding suburbs

  • Delivery is $25 for Aeroglen to Palm Cove

  • Delivery is $25 for Yarrabah

What are your opening hours?

  • We are open in-store Tuesday - Friday 9:30am to 2:30pm & Saturday 8:30am to 11:30am

  • I am also available for special orders on Monday

How should I care for my flowers?

  • Once you receive your arrangement: Place in a cool space away from direct sunlight.

  • While enjoying your arrangement: Fresh water is key to a long-lasting arrangement! Every day you should change the water in the arrangement, simply by pouring out the dirty water and replacing it with cool clean water. If your arrangement is in floral wool, then make sure you add some fresh water daily.

Do wedding/event flowers have to cost a lot of money?

  • The cost all comes down to many factors. The flowers that are chosen, the time it takes to make the arrangements, the time it takes to set up and deliver flowers.

Are you available for special events?

  • Absolutely! I am available for small birthdays to large corporate events. I am here to make all your floral dreams come true. Please get in contact with me to discuss options and plan a meeting.

Are you available to make a floral installation?

  • Absolutely! This is what I really love to do - the fusion between art and flowers to create a beautiful sculptural piece is a lot of fun. Please get in contact with me to discuss options and plan a meeting.

Return Policy

Can I return flowers?

  • No, flowers are a perishable item and our promise is to always send out fresh beautiful produce that has been checked before leaving the premises. If cared for and stored correctly, they should last a minimum of 5 days and even up to a few weeks depending on the flower chosen.

Can I return other gifts?

  • No, we have a no returns policy on items as once they have been opened we can not accept this back. If there is something drastically wrong with the item - then please contact us to discuss the issue.

Can I exchange a t-shirt for another size?

  • Yes, we are more than happy to exchange a t-shirt for another size. As long as the item has only been tried on and not worn.
